  • Beat margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and bananas together.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Fill muffin pan 3/4 full.
  • Bake 25 mins 350 degree Farenheit oven.

  3. I made these muffins awhile back when I was looking for a way to use up some bananas I had in the freezer. They were easy to prepare and very little mess to whip up a batch just like you said. The chocolate chips were a nice addition to the muffins.
