  • Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix oil and milk and then add to dry ingredients.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Put on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

  1. not bad tasting, a little salty. Very dry before and after cooking. These biscuits would be great with gravy over them. Next time I'm going to try a little more oil to see if they will come out not in peices.
     
  2. Not bad. If you replace the oil with a solid fat and work it into the flour very thoroughly before adding the milk, they come out a little less tough.<br/>I'll second the salty comment.
