  • Puree grapes, banana, and orange in blender or food processor; add honey and ice.
  • Blend until well mixed.
  • Garnish with a handful of grapes.

  1. Very yummy! I used seedless white grapes that I just quickly halved, a valencia orange, and a fuji apple. I left off the honey as I thought it was plenty sweet. I don't usually put ice cubes in my smoothies but in this one, since there was no dairy, it worked just fine. This is one I'll make a lot. Thanks!
     
  2. Sweet and yummy! In fact bit too sweet and I did not add honey but I also did not add ice so that may have been the reason. However I did add some cold water to blend which in turn made it a bit thin. This recipe is not properly food combined as per, http://www.rawplus.com/images/foodcom.jpg. I used green seedless grapes and didn't bother to halve them, a proper ripe banana, I removed all the pith from my orange, the garnish of grapes sunk because it was thinner. I wouldn't make this again because it was too sweet for my tastes with my current no ice allowed blender.
