ingredients
- 2 cups grated fresh zucchini
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- olive oil (for frying)
directions
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Make into cakes and fry in oil until golden brown.

Followed your ingredient list for the cakes, but then baked them in a 350 degree F for a little over 40 minutes, turning them over half way through, & we had some very nice tasting patties that were nicely brown on both sides! Well worth making again! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
