  • Make into cakes and fry in oil until golden brown.

Followed your ingredient list for the cakes, but then baked them in a 350 degree F for a little over 40 minutes, turning them over half way through, & we had some very nice tasting patties that were nicely brown on both sides! Well worth making again! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
     
  2. I will be making these more often. So easy and very tasty! I followed Sydney Mike's review and baked them in the oven. (Less mess that way). I also cut the recipe in half. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
     
  3. The Old Bay seasoning certainly gave this a crab like flavor. I enjoyed it with some honey mustard glaze. I did half the recipe. Thanks! Made for Pick a Chef(PAC) event Oct. 2011.
