- 3 wrapped packs of butter Club crackers (Waverly)
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2⁄3 cup peanut butter (i use creamy)
directions
- -spray a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray and line bottom with a single layer of your club crakers.
- - combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs and milk in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let boil about 5 minutes stir occasionally so it won't burn and stick to your pan.
- -pour half the sauce over first layer of club crackers.
- -place another layer of club crackers over sauce.
- -pour remaining sauce over crackers.
- -then arrange a third layer of crackers over sauce.
- In saucepan combine chocolate and butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour over layer of crackers and refrigerate until sauce is hardened.
