- 1 egg
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- mix dry ingredients.
- add egg, milk and vanilla extract. mix until moist but do not over mix. there could be some lumps.
- pour onto griddle to make the size pancake desire.
