White Pork Chili

"after searching and searching for a pork chili that wasn't red or green, I came up with this recipe. A little bit different, but tasty. Feel free to change it up with ingredients you prefer or have on hand. Hope ya'll enjoy it as much as I do."

directions

  • in a dutch oven or other large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat.
  • add pork, and lemon pepper, stirring until pork is browned on all sides. Drain.
  • return meat to pot, add broth, celery soup, and celery salt. bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for one hour.
  • add beans, hominy, onion and bell peppers to pot and simmer for one more hour, or until pork is tender.
  • taste and adjust any seasonings if necessary. serve with sides of sour cream and cheese if desired, and enjoy!
