White Chocolate Brownie Bits

"We've changed up the traditional brownie recipe by using white chocolate instead of dark and adding a little cinnamon and chopped pecans. It's a new taste sensation."

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Gease and line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined. Cool.
  • Beat eggs, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Add cooled chocolate mixture. Mix until blended.
  • Combine next 4 ingredients and stir into batter. Stir in pecans.
  • Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes, or until firm on the outside but moist inside.
  • Cool in pan. Loosen brownies from sides of pan and lift out using overhanging parchment paper as handles. Cut into squares.
  • TIP: Add 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate with the pecans.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
