  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Halve lady fingers and line an 8 1/2 inch springform pan with them, rounded sides out.
  • Beat cream cheese on lowest speed until smooth. Blend in chocolate and sugar, mixing well.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice in a small saucepan. Allow 5 minutes for it to soften, then stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Blend gelatin and lime peel into cheese mixture.
  • Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream. Pour into pan.
  • Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish with strawberries and lime slices.
