White Chicken Pizza

ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• 6 -8 ounces alfredo sauce
• 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
• 4 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend

directions

1. Spread dough onto a lightly greased round pizza baking pan; bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes. While baking, cube chicken; sauté with garlic in oil until juices run clear when pierced with a fork; season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Spread Alfredo sauce over baked crust; sprinkle with chicken and onion. Bake 10 more minutes; top with cheese blend and return to oven until cheeses melt. Makes 8 servings.
