Whiskey Truffles

"I made these at Christmas once and everyone loved them. I had forgotten about this recipe until a clean out of the pantry where I found it in hidden amongst the old recipes. I remember it was so easy and a great sweet treat for after Christmas dinner. The size of the yield depends on the size balls you make. I have made the cooking time to iclude the refigeration of the truffles"
