- 2 teaspoons shallots, finely chopped
- 1 inch piece gingerroot, peeled and grated
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 1⁄2 ounces vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or screwtop jar and set aside. Can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
