- 2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons double -strength vanilla extract
- 3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
directions
- Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Slowly mix in flours, salt and baking powder. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Make 1-inch balls with dough and roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees; cool on baking sheet 2 minutes prior to removing. If freezing, flash freeze on parchment covered baking sheet for 30 minutes. Put frozen dough balls in freezer bags and freeze.
