  • Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Slowly mix in flours, salt and baking powder. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Make 1-inch balls with dough and roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees; cool on baking sheet 2 minutes prior to removing. If freezing, flash freeze on parchment covered baking sheet for 30 minutes. Put frozen dough balls in freezer bags and freeze.
