ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried cilantro
directions
- Combine oil, almonds, water and chickpeas in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until mostly smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Refrigerate until serving.
