Vegan Thousand Island Dressing

Vegan Thousand Island Dressing created by Chef Joey Z.

This recipe is so easy and so good! And like it says in the directions, if it's too sweet, add more ketchup. Too tart, add more mayo.

I liked this dressing. Its really tasty and tastes very good on a raw veggie salad.

I love this over vegan Rubens!! I did add a little minced onion and a bit of Cheyenne pepper and omitted the salt and pepper. A dash of vinegar next time wouldn't hurt either. Thanks for posting!!

i love how easy this recipe was, but in my opinion, it is too sweet. i think about 1/4 cup of ketchup to 1/2 or 3/4 cup mayo would be a better balance.
