ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Soak almonds overnight and remove skins (optional).
- Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender for 5 to 10 minutes or until very, very smooth.
- Refrigerate til use.
