Vanilla Pudding Dessert

"This is so easy, delicious and economical. It makes enough to fill a trifle bowl which is perfect for get togethers and big family dinners! This would probably also work with any berry in season. It can probably also be made with lower fat ingredients to make it lighter. Cook time is chill time."

  1. The kids really liked this one R. Lynn! Thank you! This will be asked for often at our house!

  2. This is a good recipe. For some reason I ended up with, what seemed like, a ton of vanilla wafers. The next time I make this I am going to use frozen strawberries, with juice, and less wafers. It tastes really good but too dry for me.

  3. Made this for PAC 2006; we loved it!! It certainly didn't last long and I plan to make it for Thanksgiving this year. I might try it with raspberries! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

  4. Easy, excellent recipe. I make this for company all the time, and they always come back for more.
