Unicorn Dip

"Colorful Fun Dip"

• Yields: 2 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 (1/2 teaspoon) food coloring

directions

1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Mix all ingredients until smooth; do not add coloring yet.
3. Although a blender, food processor, or hand blender will yield the smoothest results, you can also stir by hand.
4. Divide mixture among four dishes and stir a different coloring into each dish.
5. Drop spoonfuls of each color into a serving bowl, alternating colors.
6. Swirl the colors together with a spoon.
7. Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated for up to three days.
8. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
