  • Put water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the potatoes, onion and parsley. Heat for 10 to 15 minutes and add the fish. Heat for 10 more minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. carrot bay leaf and don't chop onion (take cooked onion out)
     
  2. Happy to find this. I used frozen halibut and salmon that my brother caught in Alaska (instead of cod). I added half of a savoy cabbage with the fish. Forgot the lemon but it was still good. I may add the lemon to the leftovers.
