- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
- 2 cups canola oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Combine vinegar, mustard, and chile flakes in a food processor.
- With the machine running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
