  1. This was not bad. The batter was REALLY tasty, but when it baked, we could barely taste the chocolate (but the texture was really good). I baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Next time I think I would add more cocoa powder.

  2. Wow! This is incredible for us 'calorie counters'. It is tasty, and not too, too chocolatey (I only LIKE chocolate...I don't LOVE chocolate) and did I mention that it's LOW CAL!? I will make this every week-I was just about to make it again and misplaced my recipe so I came for a re-print and noticed I had not reviewed it yet. One more thing...for topping I made a little box of sugar free-fat free pudding and divided it into its usual 4 servings. Let set about 5 minutes. One of those servings became a nice little 'frosting' for my cake. Don't spread it all the way to the edge. Then I put a dollap of 'Cool Whip Free' on each of 6 pieces at the edge and one large dollap in the center. Maybe I'll get a photo tonight. It's usually cut and eaten before I can get it to say CHEESE!
