Wow! This is incredible for us 'calorie counters'. It is tasty, and not too, too chocolatey (I only LIKE chocolate...I don't LOVE chocolate) and did I mention that it's LOW CAL!? I will make this every week-I was just about to make it again and misplaced my recipe so I came for a re-print and noticed I had not reviewed it yet. One more thing...for topping I made a little box of sugar free-fat free pudding and divided it into its usual 4 servings. Let set about 5 minutes. One of those servings became a nice little 'frosting' for my cake. Don't spread it all the way to the edge. Then I put a dollap of 'Cool Whip Free' on each of 6 pieces at the edge and one large dollap in the center. Maybe I'll get a photo tonight. It's usually cut and eaten before I can get it to say CHEESE!
