I too found this recipe years ago, and only recently remembered it and how good it is. But when I went looking for it on the internet, I couldn’t find it until now!! I love, love this recipe and it’s so good and so easy to make. I bake the meatballs, instead of pan searing them, and make the pan sauce as stated (in a skillet, etc.). So good! Thanks for posting this long lost recipe for me! By the way, I freeze some of the meatballs, and eat this dish later with the pasta or on a rice bowl.

We really enjoyed these. The only thing I changed was the cooking method. I was afraid with my level of grace and lack of finesse that I would rip them apart in the browning so I just let them simmer in the pasta sauce I made to go with the dish and they turned out great. I think the only thing I would do differently the next time would be to add some minced onion into the mix. Thanks for sharing such a delicious and easy recipe!
