"From Stephen Raichlen. Use any way you would use ordinary tartar sauce. Update: I decided to try Kittencal's suggestion and add garlic. I'm not sure which way I like it more, with or without!"

  4. Just by looking at the ingredients I knew this would be delicious and i was not dissapointed, I'm leaving it overnight to blend the flavors even more, I added in 2 cloves fresh minced garlic and lots of cayenne pepper, this is so good, thank you for sharing Pat! made for Carribbean/ZWT 5
