    cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1
    cup pineapple juice
  • 1
    banana, medium-ripe

DIRECTIONS

  • Empty can of fruit, with its juice, into a freezer container & freeze or partially freeze.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender, & blend until smooth.
