ingredients

• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 lb ground pork (shoulder)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
• salt & pepper
• 3 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
• 1 (9 inch) double crust pie crusts

directions

1. Fry onion in small amount of butter.
2. Add meat.
3. Stir until done.
4. Add seasoning, then potatoes. Stir well.
5. Turn into a 9-inch pie shell & cover with top crust; slit.
6. Bake until crust browns.
