• 1 corn tortilla, shell (baked or fried until crispy and hot)
• 1⁄4 cup heated refried beans
• 2 tablespoons taco meat, heated (optional)
• 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
• 1 tablespoon diced tomato
• 1 tablespoon crumbled queso fresco
• 1 tablespoon guacamole

1. Place ingredients on crispy tostada shell and serve warm, with salsa, if desired.
