- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
directions
- Cook onion in butter until tender. Add tomato juice and salt; bring to a boil. Add orange juice and heat to serving temperature. Serve, garnished with slice of lemon.
