Threesome Soup

"This simple soup is a great way to use up those little handfuls of ingredients you didn't know what to do with. The ham doesn't have to be honey-roasted and the shrimp size doesn't matter except you may want to slice them in half lengthwise if they are large."

ingredients

  • 26 ounces chicken stock (low salt if available)
  • 12 cup boneless skinless chicken, sliced thin
  • 12 cup honey-roasted ham, sliced thin
  • 12 cup fresh uncooked shrimp (shelled and deveined)

directions

  • In a medium size pot, bring soup stock to a rolling boil.
  • Add chicken, ham, and shrimp.
  • Bring back to a boil; then simmer for 1 minute.
  • Do not overboil.

It's not right to rate lower because of something I did or didn't do. <br />***** ... Excellent! Tasted great with/without tweaking. <br />**** &nbsp;... Loved It! Tasted great with/without tweaking. <br />No stars ... May be an excellent recipe but I was unable to get it to work for me. May or may not try again later. We don't all have the same taste preferences. I've found recipes with lots of five stars that just didn't work for me and some with less that I thought were great. <br />Thank you All for sharing!</p>
