The Different Onion Rings

"You'll be surprised with some of the spices but it actually has a really good flavor...I didn't want to use the same recipe I had been using so I made my own instead. The key is to make sure to double coat, this makes the batter stick."

  • In a large bowl combine flour, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, & parsley. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl combine milk, cream, & lemon juice.
  • Drop onions into wet mixture and transfer to dry mixture and press them into the mixture. Repeat.
  • Drop coated rings into the heated oil and fry until done.
