"A nice summer time bourbon cocktail"

ingredients

• 1 ounce Bourbon
• 1⁄2 ounce elderflower liqueur
• 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice
• 1⁄2 ounce sugar syrup
• 1 1⁄2 ounces sparkling wine

directions

1. Put first 4 ingredients into a shake with crushed ice. Shake vigorously.
2. Pour into a highball glass and add more ice. Top with sparkling wine.
