  • In large skillet brown turkey meat on at least one side in half the olive oil.
  • Add carrot , onion ,garlic,celery , and herbs.Cook till tender.
  • Add sauce and remaining olive oil . Stir and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Pepper to taste.
  • When serving over favorite noodles top with the piave cheese.

  1. Perfect! Dei Fratelli sauce is so tasty. I made as directed, except used celery salt in place of celery (didn't have any), 1 teaspoon each of dried thyme & oregano (in place of the fresh amounts), and a generous pinch of both parsley & red pepper flakes. Also to note: I omitted all olive oil and did not miss a thing! It was still very flavorful and glad to save the calories. This made a lot, ate half and froze the rest for another time. Thanks!
