  1. This was really good. The surprise flavor is the taco seasoning (though I did use less). I used half of the cream cheese and sour cream with it (and used non fat products) in a 8x11 size dish, with baked tortilla chips. Serves 2-4, if you are eating this as a meal.

  2. Loved it, a big hit in my house. Even without the guac is was still very good. It's exactly how I made it when I was a teen.

  3. We loved the flavours of this dip and it had a nice crunch to it. I halved the recipe and used a 8x8 inch pan which worked well. I omitted the lettuce and olives and reduced the taco seasoning by 1/3. Really, really good. Made for Photo Tag.

  4. Very good dip! My family loved it. I might leave out the lettuce next time, as it got a little wilted. I used fat free sour cream and low fat cream cheese.

  5. This was very nice - beautiful presentation! I used this at my son's graduation party this past weekend. My discerning taste-testers (two teenagers) said they found the taco seasoning a bit strong in the after-taste, but I thought it was delicious!

<p>Update: &nbsp;I have changed my profile picture in honor of my dear best friend and loyal companion that I lost to cancer on 6/25/11. Maxx was the best dog that anyone could ever hope to have in their life. &nbsp;Until we meet again, sweet boy, you will be forever in my heart and memories. I currently live in the country with two dogs (a 12 pound&nbsp;poodle mix&nbsp;named Suki and a new member to the family, a 7-month old(?) 7.5 pound terrier mix named Angel ). &nbsp; I got Angel from the dog pound a week after I lost my beloved Maxx. &nbsp;Suki and I both needed a new companion to help us cope with our loss. &nbsp;Nothing will ever replace Maxx, but she has helped to uplift Suki's spirit.
