Swiss Turkey Ham Bake

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup onion
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
• 2 cups cubed cooked ham
• 1 (5 ounce) can water, chessnuts
• 1⁄2 cup swiss cheese, chess
• 1 1⁄2 cups soft breadcrumbs
• 3 tablespoons melted butter

directions

1. preheat oven to 400.
2. cook onions in 2 tbsp butter.
3. blend in flour and salt and pepper.
4. add undrainded mushrooms and milk.
5. cook till thinkened.
6. add turkey, ham, and ater chessnuts.
7. pour into 1.5 quart casserole.
8. top with chess.
9. mix breadcrunbs with melted butter.
10. top and bake at 400 for 25 min.
