Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute (Low Carb, W/ Stevia)

- 1 cup instant milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 18 -24 stevia, packets or 1 teaspoon stevia liquid
- Combine all in a blender. Mix until well-blended. Makes the equivalent of one can of sweetened, condensed milk.
