  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
  • Put the chips on a baking tray, sprinkle over 1tbsp of the rapeseed oil, the paprika, sesame seeds and garlic, and toss to coat evenly. Roast for 25-30 mins until softened and slightly caramelised.
  • Mash together the avocado, lime juice and the other 1tbsp rapeseed oil until smooth. Season with black pepper and stir in the chilli. Serve with the fries for dipping.
