Sweet Potato 'Fries' With Avocado Dip

- 3 sweet potatoes, cut into 1cm-thick chips (skin on)
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 avocados, peeled and stone removed
- juice 1 lime
- 1⁄2 red chili, deseeded and chopped
directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
- Put the chips on a baking tray, sprinkle over 1tbsp of the rapeseed oil, the paprika, sesame seeds and garlic, and toss to coat evenly. Roast for 25-30 mins until softened and slightly caramelised.
- Mash together the avocado, lime juice and the other 1tbsp rapeseed oil until smooth. Season with black pepper and stir in the chilli. Serve with the fries for dipping.
