I think I may have inadvertently given this recipe a bad review. I tagged it for the Chef Alphabet Soup game, and tried to follow it to make the bread, but I had a lot of problems with the dryness of the dough, and its lack of sweetness. I added more ingredients myself to get an edible loaf, but thought that the recipe was probably incorrect. However, it has recently come to my attention that the Japanese sweet potatoes I used, which are called "white sweet potatoes" in the US, are much drier and less sweet than typical American sweet potatoes. This could account for the trouble I had. So the problem may have been with me, and not the recipe. I have decided to change my star rating from 2 stars to 0 stars, to make the rating neutral. I don't think I will have a chance to remake this with American sweet potatoes, but hope those who do, will. I apologize to the recipe poster for misjudging this recipe.
