"A slightly sweet smoothie for the winter months - the sweet potato gives this smoothie a hearty flavor. It tastes good cold or warm, and freezes beautifully. Some days I'll eat/drink one of these for breakfast; other days it makes a wonderful mid-afternoon snack."
