- 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt or 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
directions
- Pour milk, yogurt and sugar into blender. Add bananas and flax seed. Blend well.
- To add more volume and make it ice cold, add 6 ice cubes and blend some more.

This tasted like the banana boat smoothie from Smoothie King. I actually made it and was disappointed so I went to Smoothie King site and got the actual recipe which is Banana, frozen vanilla yogurt, and vanilla protein. The recipe calls for turbinado but couldn’t find it so I used normal sugar and I also added vanilla soy milk because it was hard to mix it when I blended it and came out tasting like the Banana Boat Smoothie from from Smoothie King!
