Sweet and Spicy Holiday Turkey Sandwich

"I pulled this recipe from a local paper one year around Thanksgiving. It was developed by Christopher Spaulding then a local culinary student at a technical school. From me I was drawn to the spicy title and a unigue meal to make from all that left over turkey. I've enjoyed it for several years now and thought I would share it with the world. Contibuter Notes: Except for the applesauce and hot sauce the amounts are really to the descretion of the chef. I usually get 4 to 6 sandwiches out of the recipe and never measure the amount of mustard I apply to each sandwich. I also like to top the turkey with some of the applesauce on the sandwich."
