    teaspoon pepper

    ounces flat noodles (approximately) or 30 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked and drained

DIRECTIONS

  • Steam cabbage in a covered saucepan for several minutes on a low heat with a few tablespoons of water.
  • Add oil and seasonings and sauté until cabbage is real soft and tender (not at all crunchy). Add warm noodles. Serve hot or at room temperature.
