Swedish Brownies

"This recipe is from a good friend of mine and I had to post it here incase I ever lost the one she wrote me. These are so simple to make and soooo good!"

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 9

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 pinch salt

directions

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until light. Add the sugar and beat until mixed. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until mixed. Pour in to a greased 9X9 pan. Bake for 20-30 mins or until toothpick inserted in to the center comes out clean and edges brown. Allow to cool and cut in to 9 squares.

I've been looking for this recipe for 40 years! My mother used to call this Swedish Cake. I haven't yet made your recipe but the ingredients are right on the money!! I'm making a batch of these TONIGHT!!! <br/><br/>Thank you so much!!!!!
