- 10 ounces tofu, drained
- 1 (42 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Pour a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an oiled casserole.
- Slice drained tofu, fry in a bit of oil if you have time, and lay the slices on top of the sauce.
- Cover with more spaghetti sauce.
- Sprinkle with the cheeses.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour, until cheeses are lightly browned.
- Let stand a few minutes, then serve.
