- 16 ounces cream cheese (two 8 oz blocks)
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken (use Swanson Chicken Spread)
- 1 small diced onion

- Mix well and form ball. May roll in nuts, parsley, chopped nuts, etc. for decoration.
