Sunshine Barbecue Chicken

"This comes from the "Reynolds kitchen" and is a tried-and-true recipe in my house. One reason is because it's so easy. Another, because it is tender, juicy and full of barbecue flavor. You can also cook this in a crock pot by ommiting the oven bag and flour. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours."

  1. This was just ok--it didn't taste much like barbecue sauce, but DH seemed to like it. Thanks for posting, though!

  2. Great. I was wondering how ribs cooked this way would tast.

  3. Mmmm, love this no fuss, no clean-up, easy, easy recipe! Those dandy cooking bags keep all the moisture and flavor in the meat! Good stuff, Toots! Thanks for sharing, Laudee

  4. This was a good meal and easy to prepare! The orange juice gave the BBQ sauce some good flavor. I will make this one again.

  5. This was my first time cooking chicken in a bag and I was very happy with the results. The chicken came out extremely moist and tasty and there really is no need to marinate first because the bag seals in the flavor. Delicious!
