"SUNDAY BEST" MACARONI SALAD

- 4 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked peas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, yolks removed, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 cups deli ham, small dice
- 1⁄4 cup pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 cups hellmann's mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
directions
- Combine all ingredients except paprika and mix gently till everything is blended.
- Sprinkle paprika over the salad.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
