  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil and vanilla extract in separate bowl. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while stirring. Wet hands and press the mixture onto a greased pan, or use parchment paper. Bake for 10 minute.
  • Remove from oven, break up mixture and stir. Bake for 5 minute.
  • Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
