- 1 1⁄2 cups oats
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄4 cup diced almonds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil and vanilla extract in separate bowl. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while stirring. Wet hands and press the mixture onto a greased pan, or use parchment paper. Bake for 10 minute.
- Remove from oven, break up mixture and stir. Bake for 5 minute.
- Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
