    round steaks, depending on family size (or more)
  • 4
    ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 1
    (16 ounce) can drained spinach
  • two slices of bacon depending on quantity steak (or more)
  • 7
    ounces of pre prepared basil pesto

DIRECTIONS

  • set steaks out to dry cut steaks in preparation for stuffing approx 1 hour.
  • mix drained spinach and goat cheese.
  • stuff steaks with goat cheese, spinach stuffing.
  • wrap steaks in bacon and close with tooth pick.
  • sear on each side.
  • baste with pesto sauce and put in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes ( depending on thickness ).
