Stuffed and Wrapped Figs

- 6 fresh figs
- 12 slices ricotta salata
- 6 slices prosciutto
- fresh ground pepper
- balsamic vinegar
directions
- cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an "X".
- stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
- wrap with a piece of proscutto.
- crack a little black pepper on top
- pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.

well im from charleston, sc. im married and we have a 1yr old daughter and another one on the way. i love to cook its hard tho cuz my hubby is extremely picky. most of my recipies dont have tomatoes, peppers or onions but i usually do a little thingy on the side for us inour family that do.
