Stress Relief Tea With Apple Cider

"After a stressful day, make yourself a nice hot cup of this tea, put on some good music, and surf away on the Zaar. :) Troubles melt away! I highly recommend the Tension Tamer tea suggested, but I am sure any tea with Peppermint as its first ingredient would be great too. Also, the tea becomes naturally sweet from the apple cider, so just a few drops of honey should do the trick!"

  1. Mmmmmmm I tried this with Celestial Seasonings "Sweet Apple-Chamomile" flavor and it was great and very relaxing. I made it twice the second time I made it I added two ounces of spiced rum for another kind of stress relief LOL - Great both ways. Thanks for sharing this one!
