Strawberry Yogurt Freeze

- 1 cup strawberry, crushed
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 egg whites

DOUBLE BERRY SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto or 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
directions
- Combine crushed strawberries, yogurt, Splenda and almond extract. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in strawberry mixture. Spread evenly in an 8-inch square pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Cover pan for longer storage. To serve cut into squares, and serve with sauce or fruit.
- DOUBLE BERRY SAUCE: In a heavy saucepan combine cornstarch, Splenda, and water. Stir in blueberries. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat, Stir in 2 cups sliced strawberries and Amaretto or orange flavored liqueur, if desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
